Co-Author Account Creation Templates
If the journal is configured on Author Portal to allow all co-authors, and not just the submitting author, to view the submission on their My Submissions page, do the following:
- For all workflows used by the journal such as original, revised, and resubmitted, remove the Document Authors email tag,
##DOCUMENT_AUTHORS_EMAIL##, from the Admin Create Co-Author Account system email template. This tag is likely included in the Cc line of the email template, but may alternatively be included elsewhere in the template. - Ensure that you leave this template in place so that submitting authors continue to receive this notification, and also to notify co-authors that an account has been created for them in ScholarOne.
