Author Portal submission package generation error
Author Portal is unable to generate the submission package that it sends to the peer review system such as ScholarOne and the submission fails with a failure type of
Failed Submission Package.
Why it happens
Generally, it is not possible to determine why Author Portal failed to generate the submission package.
To resolve
Procedure
Resubmit the manuscript.
In most cases, this resolves the package generation error.
If the issue is still not resolved by resubmitting the manuscript, contact Author Portal support.
