Preferred Editor question should contain at least one editor role

Why it happens…

No Preferred Editor Types have been specified for the Preferred Editors additional information question.

To resolve:

1. In the Additional Information tab, click Configure for the Preferred Editors question.
2. Click Add.
3. Add at least one editor role, for example, Editor-in-Chief.
   Important: Each editor role name entered in this question's configuration in Author Portal must exactly match the corresponding editor role name as it appears in ScholarOne. For example, if in ScholarOne the role name is Editor-in-Chief, then in Author Portal it cannot be editor in chief.
4. Click Save.
