- About the Author Portal Admin Tool
  The Author Portal Admin Tool allows authorized administrators to create and configure publication submission sites, search submissions, and proxy as authors for manuscripts submitted through Author Portal to provide submitting users with support.
- About Author Portal Environments
  Administrators can access the User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and Production environments.
- Administrative User Levels
  The level of administrative access depends on the user’s permissions.
- View Administrator List
  Super Users and Tenant Super Users can access the administrator list and view administrator names and email addresses.
- Grant Administrator Access
  Super Users and Tenant Super Users can add any registered user to the Admins list to grant them administrator access.
- Revoke Administrator Access
  Super Users and Tenant Super Users can revoke administrator access.
- Create Submission Requirements Questions
  Use the Questions tab of the Author Portal Admin Tool to create submission requirement questions that will be available for all journals on your platform.
- Add a Publisher Logo
  Add a logo that will be displayed on all author pages of your Author Portal platform.
- Activate or Deactivate Additional Features
  Enable additional features such as the Co-Author Dashboard and Reviewer PDF for all, or only certain, journals.
- View Platform Configurations
- Generate and Download Journal Configuration Reports
  Generate and download reports with the configuration information about all the journals on your platform.

Super Users and Tenant Super Users can access the administrator list and view administrator names and email addresses.

Procedure

Open the Admin Dashboard and click Admins.

A list of all users with administrative rights for this tenant displays.
